A car collector in Texas blamed a low-flying pelican and a dropped cellphone for causing him to crash his 1.7 million dollar Bugatti into a saltmarsh in Galvenston, TX.

According to the Po, the man got distracted by a bird then reached down to pick up his cell – then decided to see if his million dollar car could float on water.

It couldn’t.
