SAGINAW COUNTY, Mich. — A former Freeland school teacher accused of having sex with a student is heading to trial. A father took the witness stand during a hearing Thursday to speak out about the alleged affair he says his son was having with then Freeland High School teacher Marcie Rousseau. He said, at first he though his son was seeing a girl his own age. “I’m thinking, there’s a 16-year-old girl in my house,” said the teen’s father in courtroom testimony. “When he found out we were going to see her parents, he says ‘dad you can’t, it’s my teacher. The 17-year-old also took the stand and told the courtroom that he decided to come clean about the affair because he believed Rousseau was sleeping with other people.’”

(NYDailyNews)We haven’t had a good teacher/student sex scandal in a while but Alini Brito and Cindy Mauro might be starting a new trend. On to the details…
Brito and Mauro started the evening of Nov. 20 with after-work drinks at Nora’s Park Bench Café in Marine Park.
After tossing back beers, shots and club soda with at least one other teacher and an assistant principal, the tipsy staffers headed about a half-mile back to school to watch SING!, a musical competition that has been a school tradition for decades.
The duo sat through part of the show, and then disappeared, sneaking up to room 337 where Mauro usually taught French, according to the documents obtained by The News under the Freedom of Information Law.
Their apparent tryst in the darkened room was abruptly interrupted about 8:50 p.m. by two handymen who opened the door and made a startling discovery – “a woman lying on the floor naked from the waist up.”
“Oh, s—!” one of the teachers yelled out.
A school safety agent was summoned and arrived in time to catch the pair “naked” – one “on her knees” and one “lying on the floor,” the documents show.
“One female had on pants with no shirt; she was putting on a white bra with one breast still hanging out,” Waite reports.
An assistant principal was called in to identify the pair, arriving in time to catch Brito still “buttoning her shirt” and “putting on her shoe.”
Mauro and Brito were cited for “inappropriate sexual behavior in Room 337″ and drinking an “undetermined amount,” and they were charged with misconduct.
“As a teacher, you are expected to be an exemplary role model for other staff members and for students,” wrote Waite in her letter. “Your lack of judgment constitutes conduct unbecoming of an educator and warrants termination.”
Their attorney, Mark Nussbaum, pointed out yesterday that the documents contain allegations that the teachers haven’t had the opportunity to contest yet. They have filed requests for formal hearings, he said.
Despite witnesses saying the pair was naked on the floor, Nussbaum contended that the documents don’t “specify any sexual conduct.”
God bless these women. It’s not like the janitor caught them doing the scissor lock with a double-headed dildo. If anyone needs to be fired its the janitor. Maybe one of them was going into cardiac arrest and she was simply in the process of saving her life. There are alot of reasons why two women who had been drinking all night might end up in a classroom with hardly any clothes on. I’m just pissed that I wasn’t there.

Meet Melissa Ann Andreini. She allegedly paid a 15 year old male student $1,500.00 for knocking the bottom out of it. The police aren’t sure if it was hush money or money for services rendered, but if I was getting paid to lay the wood to my teacher you better believe I would be keeping that shit on the down low.
According to the police statement, the boys mother confronted Andreini at Andreini’s home on July 3 after finding out the teacher was supposedly having sex with her son. Andreini admitted to the boy’s mother that she had sex with the teenager on several occasions at her home, according to the statement.
